Cursed

During University I created a show bible for a concept pilot called 'Cursed': At the end of the world, where creatures made from fire and brimstone claw out of the earth- the child of a war lord runs away, eager to discover 'what earth is like', before his father plunges it into flames.

Character Designs

Oren the 'Human'

A mentor / big sister figure. Originally wants to help Kidd for personal gain, but throughout the show they'll bring the best out of each other.

She's stotic and angry, constantly belitted by the demon possessing her missing arm.

Leg the Demon Arm

A literal side kick to Oren. I wanted to ensure leg remained expressive and fluid, using their fingers and rock chunks as 'eyebrows' to help convey emotions.

A mischievous comic relief with a heart of pure black coal.

The Kidd

The problem child, a narrative tool to introduce the world alongside the audience due to his ignorance. The crux of the show follows Kidd's refusal to let his father destory the Earth, though he has no real power to prevent it.
